Terms and Conditions for consignment at Prestige Lux Bags:

1. Europe Brand

2. The item must be in good or sellable condition (80%), with minimal signs of wear or tear.

3. The item must be genuine/authentic and come with all its original accessories.

4. Minimum consignment period is 2 weeks. If the item is retrieved before 2 weeks, a penalty of 500,000/item will be applied.

5. For footwear, only brand new items will be accepted.

6. There will be a commission deduction for consigned items.

Commission Deductions for Europe Brand:

• Below Rp 5,000,000 : 20%
• Rp 5,000,000 – Rp 10,000,000 : 17.5%
• Rp 10,000,000 – Rp 20,000,000 : 15%
• Rp 20,000,000 – Rp 60,000,000 : 10%
• Rp 60,000,000 – Rp 105,000,000: 7.5%
• Above 105,000,000 : 5%

Commission Deductions for US Brand:

• Below Rp 2,500,000 : Rp 600,000
• Above Rp 2,500,000 : 30%

7. If an item is found to be unsafe or suspicious, the owner/seller of the bag is responsible for the authentication cost, as informed by the team:

• Entrupy (except Hermes)
• Bababebi (Hermes only)
• Authenticate First

8. Payment is due within a maximum of 7 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
